Learn MoreThe interns will be engaged to to identify potential target patients and provide a cost-benefit analysis of various forms of CA care pathways, with a focus on identifying the strengths and weaknesses of implementing an e-health system compared to the current model of care.The target patient analysis will be conducted through the development and use of a mathematical model based on game theory. The cost-benefit analysis will be conducted through the development and use of a simulation that outlines the impact of utilizing an e-health system in contrast to the existing care pathway(s).
3M will benefit from participating in the project because the aim is to establish a new pathway of care using an e-health system that will facilitate its successful adoption throughout Canada
